Who We Are?

THIS IS LUCY

I have been passionate about sport and movement all my life, to the point that I transformed it into my profession, first as professional sailor for more than 12 years, later as movement and pole dancing teacher for the last 7 years. I have international personal trainer ISSA certification and FIPD pole dancing certification. Now I am studying to become a shiatsu operator.

I love nature and mountains since I was in ski competitions as a child. Now, whenever possibile, I spend my free time between hiking and alpine ski, two activities that give me an amazing sense of freedom, almost like when I am riding my Harley Davidson!

Sport gives you a strong resilience, a power that can be transferred to daily and ordinary life. That is why I wish to improve the functionality and strength of your body, sharing my energy, enthusiasm and passion for movement and well-being.

During our retreats, I will accompany you throughout the hikes in nature, as well as prepare your body and mind to the exercise.

THIS IS LARISSA

Most of my life I have been working in the luxury business. This allowed me the freedom of cultivating my curiosity and enthusiasm for beauty, esthetics, lifestyle and different cultures. My purpose is to bring my experience into meaningful projects. I am passionate about finding sustainable and consciously minded solutions for people and the future and I wish to bring these into a holistic approach of physical and mental wellbeing.

During our retreats, I nourish your body and spirit with healthy lifestyle knowledge.

“Anything is possible when people are able to shine.”

THIS IS NEVENA

The very first moment I stopped to listen to my body occurred when I started to write poetry. For many years,  before moving from Beograd to Italy, I was writing poetry and organizing literary events.

Later I reconnected with this intimate dialogue of my body through the teachings of yoga, studying the most fluid and organic techniques with teachers like Shiva Rea, Andrew McAuley and Angela Farmer.

I then continued my studies in healing psychosomatic and trauma focusing on the relationship between physical problems and emotional tension. Exploring different methods of healing trauma crystallized in the body, I began to include Music and Dance in my practice as a gesture of free expression, a passion that I cultivated over a long time working as a DJ.

During our retreats, I guide you through a practice of creating more space inside yourself, accompanied by music and essential oils.

THIS IS CRISTINA

My passion for sports and movement are an integral part of me. When I was a child I started with classic dance and swimming that I engaged to competition level. In my teenage years I experienced a back problem and, out of necessity, I started to explore postural gymnastics and Pilates and fell in love with it.

At 19 I started a training at the Covatech Pilates School studying directly with Anna Cova and followed with a specialization with Alan Herdman in London. After teaching Pilates in various locations in Milan, I decided to open my own studio ‘Arte di Movimento’.

My infinite passion for movement brought me to explore Ashtanga yoga with Mark Robberds and to the movement culture guided by Ido Portal and Fighting monkeys.

My method of teaching brings together all disciplines that I trained into a fluid mix. An evolution more functional and more myself.
